There are many virtual resources available to MBA students and alumni. These
resources will assist you in developing a career strategy. We combine career
education with the practical application of skills to give you the resources
you’ll need to pursue your chosen career path. Whether your objectives
include a leading international firm, a small- to mid-cap company, or a
startup venture, you’ll have a global support network to help you
explore those opportunities.

- Career Leader: CareerLeader is an integrated approach to business career self-assessment. It is an interactive Web-based program designed to look at your interests, abilities and values.
- Career Search: Not a job search Web site, this database will search for companies with a corporate profile that match your interests. Search by industry, function, location for companies, competitors. Use the referral key: babsontrain and then create your own account.
- Drake Beam Morin: Additional alumni assistance for job search strategies and self assessment. Portion of service is free due to alumni status. Babson security key is babson00133.
- Research/Resource Materials: There are numerous guides and diverse resource materials located in the MBA Center for Career Development, Olin 320. These resources are open to MBA students and alumni on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary. One computer with internet access, Horn Library access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and a printer is available.
- Horn Library Research: Under “Services For” click on “Graduate Students” or “Alumni” to learn about Babson library services and resources.
- Resume, cover letter, and interview information is available via the CCD home page. Just click under Services and Resources. Also, a résumé template is available.
