Experiential Learning

The F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business offers several programs that allow companies to resolve business problems with the help of Babson students. These programs are an integral part of the learning process, and help to build the business community while giving your company access to some of the best MBA students. There are several programs from which to choose:

The Babson Consulting Alliance Program (BCAP)
The Flagship of our consulting services is the Babson Consulting Alliance Program (BCAP). A team of five to seven MBA students and a faculty advisor are assigned to your alliance company for the second semester of the student’s first year in the MBA program. This is an excellent way for your company to leverage MBA students.

MBA Management Consulting Field Experience (MBA MCFE)
The MCFE program is an excellent way for companies completing the BCAP program to continue their relationship with Babson graduate students in semester-long projects. The teams help your company to resolve a critical business problem.

Global Management Program (GMP)
MBA students can earn academic credit completing international consulting internships at companies in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Internships take place during the summer and last 10–12 weeks. International students can participate in GMP within the US.
